Is the TMS treatment chair included with SPRY TMS?

No, a treatment chair is not included as part of the standard SPRY TMS system. However, one can be added to your order for $6,500. Our dedicated TMS chair is fully adjustable and engineered to provide optimal patient stability and comfort during treatment. It features integrated head support along with electric foot pedal and hand controls for precise, effortless positioning.

You are also welcome to use a chair of your choice, provided it offers appropriate support and positioning for TMS therapy.

When should TMS not be used?

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is generally not recommended for individuals who have non-removable metal in or near the head, implanted electronic devices such as pacemakers, a history of seizures, use medications that lower seizure threshold, or have experienced significant head injury or prior brain surgery.

That said, eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. A qualified clinician must review each patient’s medical history to decide whether TMS can be performed safely.

Is SPRY TMS reimbursable by insurance?

Yes. SPRY TMS is FDA-cleared. As a result, treatments delivered with the system are eligible for insurance reimbursement, similar to other TMS platforms available in the United States.

Do you offer financing options?

Yes. We offer flexible financing solutions designed to make acquisition straightforward, predictable, and aligned with your practice’s growth.

Most agreements are structured as a five-year, low interest financing plan, allowing you to preserve capital while immediately integrating the system into your clinical workflow. This approach enables revenue generation from day one, without the burden of a large upfront investment.

Monthly payments typically range between $900 and $1,000, depending on credit profile and final system configuration, including applicable taxes and any selected extended warranty coverage.

What warranty options are available?

Each SPRY TMS system includes a 12-month standard warranty from the date of installation.

For extended protection, Platinum Coverage is available in 12, 24, 36, or 48-month terms at $4,950 per year per system. This plan includes all parts and labor for covered repairs due to defects in materials or workmanship, inbound and outbound freight for service related issues, and loaner system support while your system is being serviced.

Is training included with SPRY TMS?

Unlimited remote training is included with your SPRY TMS purchase. Live virtual sessions guide your team through installation, clinical operation, motor threshold determination, safety procedures, and advanced protocol customization.

On-site training is available for $3,000 per session.
