OctaMon M applications

The OctaMon Muscle research package facilitates the seamless monitoring of muscle oxygenation, ensuring accessibility and ease of use. Hyperscanning, which involves monitoring multiple subjects simultaneously, is made possible through our proprietary software, allowing the integration of different NIRS devices into a unified data stream. Tests can be conducted in both traditional laboratory settings and field environments, with the device connected via Bluetooth, providing a range of up to 100 meters to the laptop.

The OctaMon Muscle enables the non-invasive analysis of regional differences in oxygenation and agonist-antagonist functioning. Its flat optode design ensures comfort during wear, making it suitable for elite athletes and patients undergoing rehabilitation studies. With customizable channel lengths and configuration options, research projects can span from grip strength measurements on the lower arm for elite climbers to lower limb assessments in patient groups with Peripheral Artery Disease.
